6 Deposits & Withdrawals
5ph Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods available to Philippine players:

- Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank

10 Intellectual Property

- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5ph Casino platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
- Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of 5ph Casino shall first be submitted to 5ph Casino's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support.
- 5ph Casino will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve disputes within 30 business days.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
- The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above processes.
15 Amendments to These Terms
5ph Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 5ph Casino will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of 5ph Casino after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
